This Ballard home originally built in 1908 suffered major smoke and fire damage after a kitchen fire. Nordic Services was called on to perform the fire damage repair and restoration. We worked carefully with our client to maintain the timeless character and undeniable street appeal. This studs out restoration has painted millwork, period detail doors and hardware, hardwood floors, top quality bathroom fixtures and a kitchen that every chef would love! It was a pleasure to be allowed to restore this wonderful home.
