Property Customer Repair Service Certificate of Satisfaction with
regard to work that Nordic Services, Inc. did on our building. We
were very impressed with the work performed and it is highly satisfactory.

Gentlemen: I wish to tell you thank you so much for
the wonderful construction that you have done on my home. When I had
the fire in May, I was totally in shock... Your field supervisor
made the pain of it all much more bearable. He was totally
dedicated and I didn’t worry about the stuff left and my house
open to everyone. I knew all of the many months that he was here and
doing a good job and being totally trustworthy. He took my old
house and made it new, better than when it was built 30 years
ago. He discussed every extra charge with me and had many great ideas
to update the house. The workmen performed here with
such precision. He supervised them all and if I had concerns, they
were taken care of immediately. He sincerely cared about
this house and doing a good job. I appreciate the way that he was
so sincere about doing the best job for my girls and me so we could
come back home and get on with our lives.

A letter of recommendation: For a complicated multi-family
rehabilitation project, I think Nordic did a magnificent job. The
superintendent executed design intent perfectly. Aesthetic intent
was followed to the letter, including revisions and modifications.

your foreman. From the very first day, he has gone above
and beyond in an effort to get us back into our home as quickly as
